Ru Ru gets in trouble for throwing poop

Rainy Recess and a Disgusting Discovery

The sky was a grumpy gray, spitting out a miserable rain that kept everyone indoors for recess. Ru Ru, normally buzzing with energy, felt like a caged bird. He paced around the classroom, trying to avoid Mrs. Ba Ba's watchful gaze. She always seemed to have it out for him, even though he knew more about dinosaurs than most of the grown-ups in town. Stu, green with envy as usual, snickered whenever Ru Ru got even the slightest bit restless.

Ru Ru spotted his best friend, Lu Lu, by the window. "This is so boring!" he complained. "I wish we could be outside."

Lu Lu shrugged. "At least we're not getting rained on," she said, ever the optimist.

As the minutes ticked by, Ru Ru's boredom grew. He wandered over to the back of the classroom, where a neglected corner collected dust bunnies and forgotten toys. That's when he saw it.

The Poop Incident

Right near the recycling bin, lying innocent and unsuspecting, was a… well, a piece of poop. Ru Ru wasn’t sure where it came from – maybe a bird had flown in, or maybe someone really had a bad day. A mischievous idea sparked in his brain. He knew it wasn’t a good idea, but sometimes good ideas are boring.

Li Li, who was sketching quietly at her desk, was a good friend and always kind. But something made him want to throw it at her.

Without thinking, Ru Ru scooped up the poop (which he knew he probably shouldn't touch, but he didn’t really stop to think) and flung it at Li Li. It landed with a splat near her drawing.

Li Li shrieked, tears welling up in her eyes. Mrs. Ba Ba, who always seemed to have eyes in the back of her head when Ru Ru was involved, swooped in like a grumpy owl.

"Ru Ru!" she screeched. "What do you think you're doing? That's absolutely disgusting and unacceptable!"

Ru Ru felt his face burn with shame. He hadn't meant to make Li Li cry. He just... he wasn't sure why he did it.

The Call Home

The rest of the day was a blur of lectures and disappointed glances from his classmates. He felt terrible. That afternoon, Mrs. Ba Ba called his parents.

Ra Ra answered the phone, his voice calm as usual. He listened patiently as Mrs. Ba Ba described the incident in detail, her tone dripping with disapproval.

"I'm so sorry to hear that, Mrs. Ba Ba," Ra Ra said. "We'll talk to Ru Ru about it when he gets home."

When Ru Ru walked through the door, the house was strangely quiet. He knew he was in trouble. Re Re, his usually bubbly mother, met him at the door with a serious expression. Ra Ra stood beside her, his arms crossed.

"Ru Ru," Re Re said gently, "Mrs. Ba Ba called. Can you tell us what happened at school today?"

Ru Ru, his head hanging low, confessed everything. He explained about the rain, the boredom, and the impulsive decision to throw the poop.

A Lesson Learned

Ra Ra knelt down and looked Ru Ru in the eye. "Ru Ru, it's never okay to hurt someone else, especially not someone as nice as Li Li. You made a bad choice, and now you need to take responsibility for it."

Re Re added, "Think about how Li Li must have felt. Would you want someone to do that to you?"

Ru Ru shook his head, tears stinging his eyes. "No, Mommy."

"You're a smart and kind boy, Ru Ru," Ra Ra said. "We know you can do better. You need to apologize to Li Li and find a way to make amends."

That evening, Ru Ru wrote Li Li a heartfelt apology note. He also drew her a picture of a dinosaur, her favorite animal. The next day, he gave the note and drawing to Li Li. She didn’t say much, but she smiled a little.

Ru Ru learned a valuable lesson that day: even when you're bored or restless, being nice to others is always the right thing to do. He also learned that poop is best left alone, especially on a rainy day. And most importantly, he learned that even though Mrs. Ba Ba could be annoying, sometimes she had a point.
